MR60 satellites are connected but are not part of the mesh wifi

I've had the Nighthawk MR60 for about 6 months. Up until now, it's worked with no problems.

Today I noticed that the two satellites are not showing up on my network map.

The satellites are in my list of connected devices, and it shows them connected through ethernet, even though they are connected through wifi.

I've tried resetting and re-synching the router and the satellites but no change.

The router and satellites are all blue, indicating that they are connected and functioning normally but clearly they are not. Nothing is connected to the satellites either.

Is this on the MRs web page or the Nighthawk app?

What Firmware version is currently loaded?

Has a power off for 1 minute then back ON with the ISP modem and router and satellites been performed?
Be sure to restart your network in this sequence:
    Turn off and unplug modem.
    Turn off router and computers.
Plug in and turn on modem. Wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
Turn on the router and wait 2 minutes for it to connect. Power on the satellites.
Turn on computers and rest of network.
