MR60 signal dropouts on Wifi
I have a home office with a cabled connection to the modem as well as a MR60 with 2 satellites. My family have been reporting that they are losing the wifi signal at times even though I am not having...

The logical conclusion is that it is the MR60 and satellites, not the modem.
What is that modem? Make and model?
Firmware is up to date.
Only a version number would confirm that. Netgear has ways of saying "up to date" when it is no such thing.
I am only broadcasting the 5G signal, not the 2.4G.
Why? Did you turn off 2.4 GHz or do you mean that you can't see it? Perhaps because you are using Smart Connect?
Remember, 5 GHz may be faster, but it has a shorter range. Could that explain why people lose the signal?
A bit more detail on your layout might help.

what channel do you have set on the 5ghz?
Make sure its not a DFS channel as that requires switching off of it if there's a signal detected on it and case a quick drop.
Why not have 2.4ghz enabled?

Thanks for taking an interest in resolving my wifi problem.
It is using channels 153 & 2. How do I know if it is a DFS channel?
2.4G is enabled. I just couldn't see it on my mobile. I can see if on the Nighthawk app

Apologies for the delay - I have been away over Christmas.
Modem is technicolor tg789vac v2 which came with the nbn connection.
In relation to my comment about broadcasting 5G, I have realised that is all my mobile can see. However it is broadcasting 2.4G which I can see on the Nighthawk app.

That is a combined modem/router.

So you have that as well as the MR60.
Two routers on your network can cause headaches. For example, you can end up with local address problems. Among other things, the other router can misdirect addresses that the Netgear router usually handles, such as routerlogin.net or the usual IP address for a router, 192.168.1.1.
This explains some of the other drawbacks.
What is Double NAT? | Answer | NETGEAR Support
Unless you have specific reasons for using two routers – to create two separate networks for example – it is often easier to use just one router and then to set up the second router as a wifi access point. Netgear advises this, as does just about every site you will visit.
It may be possible to put the modem/router into modem only (bridge) mode and then to use the second device as the router.technicolor tg789vac v2 bridge mode - Google Search
As this is an NBN thing, using DSL, be warned that some ISPs have been playing ar0und with their implementation of DSL. You might benefit from some local Advice.
