MR60 signal dropouts on Wifi

What is that modem? Make and model?
Firmware is up to date.
Only a version number would confirm that. Netgear has ways of saying "up to date" when it is no such thing.
I am only broadcasting the 5G signal, not the 2.4G.
Why? Did you turn off 2.4 GHz or do you mean that you can't see it? Perhaps because you are using Smart Connect?
Remember, 5 GHz may be faster, but it has a shorter range. Could that explain why people lose the signal?
A bit more detail on your layout might help.

what channel do you have set on the 5ghz?
Make sure its not a DFS channel as that requires switching off of it if there's a signal detected on it and case a quick drop.
Why not have 2.4ghz enabled?

Thanks for taking an interest in resolving my wifi problem.
It is using channels 153 & 2. How do I know if it is a DFS channel?
2.4G is enabled. I just couldn't see it on my mobile. I can see if on the Nighthawk app
