Since new firmware was released in Oct, 2025, this might be a good time to "refresh" the entire system.
i.e. Download the new firmware from the support web site to a computer

Extract the firmware for the router and satellites from the zip files.
Place both the router and both satellites in the same room and do a Factory Reset on all three units.
Power them up and see if the satellites connect to the router.
Then, attempt to install the new firmware using the router web interface (or the Nighthawk app).
