1. what modem/gateway do you have from spectrum?
2. what firmware is on the mr60?
3. are you using netgear armor?
4. is it on all netflix devices or just the one?

"the latest" doesn't help as it changes. And sometimes it isn't the latest.
What version is on the router and on the satellites?
Do you have IPv6 enabled?
Are you using your own or a different DNS service?

Try enabling IPv6
Also, the DNS isn't your modem/gateway.

The stock settings use your ISP's dns server. You can change it to use ones like googles or cloudfare. You can try that option.
