What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
How many RBS are deployed?
What is the size of your home? Sq Ft?
What is the distance between the router and 📡 satellite(s)? 30 feet or more is recommended in between MR📡 and MS🛰️ to begin with depending upon building materials when wired or wirelessly connected.

Hitron Tech EN2251 Modem
Home is three levels, about 4400 sq ft of coverage area. The MR70 router is in the corner office on the top floor. There are two MS70 satellites, one in the center of the middle floor and one centered on the bottom floor. The router is over 30 feet from the satellites, but there is not more than 30 feet between the satellites. Perhaps only one satellite is needed?
I will try changing the MAC settings on our phones/tablets to see if that keeps them connected to the internet. Should the MAC setting ever be changed back to random when the device is outside of our home network?
