Does the front LED on the MR turn AMBER when this happens? If so, this means the MR is failing to get a good signal from the ISP Modem/ONT or the modem or ONT is not getting signal to the MR correclty. Possible bad cable in between. CAT6 UTP cabling is recommended.
What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
- LordyJordySep 16, 2024AspirantIts cat 6 cable I only run cat 6 cables for everything. Believe yesterday when looking in ap it was firmware 1.03.4 or something like that. Netgear app kept saying it was currently up to date. As far as the numbers go for spectrums modem id have to answer back later as im at work. Roommate told me it was down again so i know its something with mesh system i just cant fogure out.
