I have had an open ticket for weeks with tech support. And had no response to my last six emails. Has anybody else seen this issue and has there been any fix? Or Am I returning yet again another...

Hi Thanks
Firmware Version | V1.0.2.26_2.0.53 |
For the Record... Wireless is pumping 400+ on a 460 mbps Spectrum.
So, that means the WAN to the Router and the WIFI Circuit are pumping what one would hope.
Cat 6 Cable
Apple MacBook pro 2017
I have tried three other routers and all three as expected, pump 400+ on the Hardwired.
Unfortunately they also, failed on WIFI and only pumped 90 ish Mbps on the WIFI.
So, not the connectivity from the Modem to the Router and not the ISP.
IT IS THE ROUTER.
Unless i am really missing something.

What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
What is the connection rate seen on the MBPs Hardware tab seen on the ethernet connections networking page in the Networking settings when it's connected to the MR?
Has a factory reset and setup from scratch been performed since last FW update?
Be sure to not enable Access Controls, Armor, Circle, QoS or Traffic Meter after you reset and setup from scratch.

I realize the need to understand the setup to offer best guess.
1000mbps on the LAN ports.
The modem is not the cause if the WIFI can Consistently pump 400+
If it was the modem then Both the WIFI and the Ethernet would be slow.
Unless there is something really odd about how the MR70 pumps data that I am missing.
A bottle neck at the entry point would mean loss at both exits, not just one.

None of your list to leave off, are on.
This is the NEW replacement of the last which I returned after a week and the recommendation of tech support to return and try another.
They thought it was a bad Ethernet port.
I suppose it could be a cluster of bad systems with bad Ethernet ports.

Forgive my ignorance, if you can explain. It might help me out in the future.
IF the WIFI is at a good speed, how can it be related to the Modem?
Thanks
Model ET2251 Brand not listed on modem, says property of Charter Communications.
