MR80 Connecting more than 60 devices

I am trying to connect 120 devices to this router. I have had times where it would handle the load just fine and other times where it will not handle more than 60 at a time. The router is wired to a ...

The cell phones are only sending and receiving data via a web browser. I do not think bandwidth is the issue.

"sending and receiving data". That's exactly what bandwidth is. except bandwidth is the speed of transfer.
