Have you tried moving the satellite back nearer to the router?

- Yes all the reset and unplugging I have done it with the satellite near the router and still the satellite is blinking white and no change, even i unplugged the other satellite and plugged in to the power and start blinking white then red and then blue just like it use to do the one that is not syncing.

Do you mean that the second satellite, the one that you moved, does connect when you turn off the first satellite?

- Sorry about it, first satellite still work fine and syncing with no problem with or with out the second satellite in the network (the one that don’t work) first satellite is in a room away from router.
The second satellite is not syncing after I did several unplugs and factories resets (did the same thing to router at same time) it stay blinking white all the time.
I don’t know if you need more info?
