MS60 won't connect to MR60

I have two MS60 satellites that will not connect to my MR60 router. I have done a factory reset on all. I have checked firmware and all are up to date. I can hardwire them to the router and they will connect. But when I try to sync them wirelessly I just get the red/amber light

    What Firmware version is currently loaded?
    What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
    Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6 is recommended. 

     

    Does the default SSID name appear on a wireless device after you set up the MR router from a factory reset? Can you connect to it? 

     

    Are you trying to sync the MS while in same room or near the MR  with the MS?

     

    Are you change the SSID name from the default one to some thing different during the setup? 

     

    What is the size of your home? Sq Ft?
