Yes i did a factory reset and setup.
Was on firnware 1.1.4 doing the router update even when hard wired would not pull 1.1.5
I had to manually download and update both satellites and the router.
Had to hard wire this junk.

I woke up this morning to the same problem. It was up and running a bit longer than 10 days, but not by much. I haven't attempted a factory reset of the system yet.
Firmware: V1.1.6.6_3.1.93 (Updated a couple days ago)

I reset the one of Satellites first with the reset button. That didn't resolve the issue with this satellite. I rebooted the router via the Web console. After doing that, the other Satellite connected and I was able to get the first Satellite resynced via the app. A couple of weeks in to this upgrade from an Orbi system that died after a solid 4 years of service. If this is going to be a constant struggle, it'll probably be time to change back to Linksys.

Have you tried re-loading FW using a wired PC and web browser to the MR and MS units, then after that factory reset the units. Turn them OFF for 5 miniutes then back ON and walk thru the setup wizard?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
What is the size of your home? Sq Ft?
What is the distance between the router and 📡 satellite(s)? 30 feet or more is recommended in between MR and MS📡 to begin with depending upon building materials when wirelessly connected.

If they are truly having the same issue.
Having to hardwire is the only way to cut out the stupid headache of the wifi backbone constantly breaking.
