MS80 satellites not syncing
My two MS80 satellites have stopped syncing. I have tried a hard reset, moving satellites to the same room and synching, etc. When I login to routersettings.com and have the satellites hardwired to the router, they are visible, but there is no firmware version showing. When I try to manually update the firmware, I get a 404 error in the popup window. Can anyone assist?

That hints at a possible issue on the network.
What firmware version do you have on the MK devices?
A number is more useful than "the latest". There may be newer versions, or "hot fixes", that do not show up if you check for new firmware in the browser interface.
If there is one it might also help if you told people the make and model number of the modem/gateway/ONT that sits between this router and the Internet. Is it, by any chance, also a router, with a set of LAN ports on the back?
I ask because a lot of people turn up here trying to put a router behind a modem that is also a router. That can complicate troubleshooting.

How do I manually upgrade firmware to my NETGEAR router? | Answer | NETGEAR Support
When it comes to satellites, I like to login to the IP address of the satellite itself. Then you can do the manual update from the save file.
