did you get it in access point mode?
if not, disconnect it from the peplink gateway.
then with a computer connected to it, pull up a command prompt on your computer and run ipconfig. The default gateway IP address should be the routers address. Use that to access it and put it in access point mode.
Once its in ap mode, then connect it back to the peplink. the peplink will assign it an ip address that you could be able to find in the peplink's attached devices page.

are you hardwiring in the satellites?
If so, make sure to run the gateway to the MR60's wan port. then the satellites need to connect to the MR60's wan port.
Not through the peplink gateway.
so
Peplink---->wan port on MR60--->lan port on mr60---->satellites
And you'll want the MK system in ap mode or you'll keep running into the double nat you're in.
