Netgear MR60 mesh satellite routers steady orange

Good morning All,

I woke up this morning and found both of my satelite routers are no longer connected and show solid orange led.

I assume it tried to do a firmware update and had issues MR show ver1.1.6.122.

One satelite shows up but will not sync. Alot of my devices will connect to the main router and can route but some devices (apple iphone) will no longer connect to main router while other apple devices will connect.

Reset power and did factory reset on devices that shows up but does not connect.

Please advise of how I may resolve or troubleshoot further.

Thanks

try factory resetting the satellites and then hardwire them into the router and sync them.

If its a firmware update, that should let them update.

  • I reverted back to ver 1.0.6.116 on MR60 and MS60's I had to reconfigure SSID but satelite routers will still not connect after restart and sync. MR router is now allowing all devices to connect I am not sure how many revisions I need to go back to resolve. If anyone has had a similar issue and able to resolve please let me know.

Thanks yes I was able to hardwire and sync. 1 satellite router was able to sync when it went to wireless but for some reason the 2nd I can not get to sync when it goes wireless.
