Switching from Starlink to T Mobile wifi with existing MR60 with two satelites. When I connect the ethernet cable to the T Mobile Router and open the Netgear app on my phone it says it can't find you...

You'll need to contact T-Mobile for there help on there router to see if a 2ndary router can be connected to theres.
Otherwise you can try AP mode on the MR.

Thx Furry I will check with T Mobile but I have a friend who has a non Netgear Mesh system attached and works fine without doing anything.
And I'm also screwed because none of my different browsers will open up that page to log into. Instead opens up a generic Netgear page with support options. So can't get into that page.
So that means pretty much trashing the Netgerar MR60. Very disappointed that Netgear doesn't stand by their products with non-paid tech support especially given how expensive their systems are. If I decide to buy another mesh system it definitely won't be Netgear. Anyhow thank you for taking your time to try and help. I really appreciate it!! Take care and be well.

Couple of options,
1. Configure the modem for transparent bridge or modem only mode. Then use the NG router in router mode. You'll need to contact the ISP for help and information in regards to the modem being bridged correctly.
2. If you can't bridge the modem, disable ALL wifi radios on the modem, configure the modems DMZ/ExposedHost or IP Pass-Through for the IP address the NG router gets from the modem. https://kb.netgear.com/25891/DMZ-on-NETGEAR-routers

3. Or disable all wifi radios on the modem and connect the NG router to the modem, LAN to LAN configure AP mode on the NG router.
https://kb.netgear.com/20927/How-do-I-change-my-NETGEAR-router-to-AP-modeIf the MK system was working before you changed to T-Mobile, I would not jump to conclusions of it being a NG issue. I have this same system and it does work in router and AP modes. However I don't have this T-Mobile router. Again, something to contact T-Mobile about to see if they can help as well. Maybe ask your friend how they set there non mesh router up with there mobile router.
I'd factory reset the MR and setup from scratch, 192.168.1.1 should be accessible when it's not connected to any ISP modem.
