It seems odd to suggest that you talk to T Mobile before even beginning to diagnose what is happening at your end. Can you explain a bit more about what is going on here?
Trying to get routers to play nicely with mobile networks isn't always easy. You need to track down where the obstacles are. Most Netgear users have conventional Internet services with modems or, increasingly, an optical network termination (ONT).
What are you connecting with? T Mobile is a network, not a device. So what hardware is feeding the MR60? Is it some sort of mobile access point?
The message you describe sounds like something that you see on a mobile app. If so, it might be a good idea to try to get into the MR60 with the browser graphical user interface (GUI).
As you have changed your network, you might also want to reset the router so that to forgets its Starlink settings.

Odd? Diagnosis is as described. T Mobile offers a router to use to connect wirelessly to their 5g network for internet access. So I connected the MR60 to the new TM Router and Netgear couldn't find TM despite being connected via ethernet. Attempted to start from scratch to set up a new connection and no luck. ANd for whatever reason even after clearing my Firefox browser cache I couldn't log into the netgear mesh admin page to see what that showed. I even installed Edge and still couldn't access the router log in page.
So now my plan is to reset the MR60 and go through the laborious process of syncing the satellites to the MR60 and go from there. And if that doesn't work I will be donating the mesh system to my trash can and find something that doesn't require a Masters Degree in Electronics and is simply plug and play.
So the Diagnosis, send for the Priest and maintain life support until he arrives. Have a great weekend ahead and stay well!- michaelkenwardSep 23, 2023Guru - Experienced User

And that router is?
If it really is a router as well as a modem, then you need to work out how to get the MR60 to work alongside another router.
Putting two routers together is fraught with problems.

Did you read the messages from FURRYe38 ?
They also pint out the issues that you face when trying tom pile rouyter ion router.
Feel free to blame Netgear for everything, but in the final analysis it boils down to persuading the Netgear router to work with the anonymous box from T Mobile. Have you tried asking them for help in using a secondary router with their hardware?
