Netgear Nighthawk MS60 - Satellite has no IP address or Firmware, and will not stop blinking white

I am not sure what to do. I have looked at all community posts regarding a constantly white blinking LED and troubleshooting connecting the mesh to the router, but there seems to be no way.

It looks like the mesh extender connected to the app, as it is listed internally, but there is no internet conenction. Where the router and the first sattelite are green, the second one has a purple indicator next to it (check screenshot below). When I power on, it blinks white forever. I can't access the mywifiext thing in order to update firmware, and it looks like there is no firmware anywhere in the app for this extender. There is no IP address either.

When I log into the router through the 192.168.1.1, it only recognizes one connected sattelite so there is no way for me to check on connection or remove it in order to connect again.

I also can't factory reset because, per the Netgear website, i would have to wait for the LED to "stabilize" to blue or amber, which it hasn't done after being plugged in for three hours. It just blinks white.

Can I somehow reset my entire internet system to factory and reconnect everything? Is there a way to undo this hate loop that the mesh is in? Or am I just out of luck because it decided to disconnect once?
