What broswer are you using? Try MS Edge or Firefox? 

I presume you are unpacking the .zip files as well?

Can't seem to upgrade it.  Tells me the file is not compatible.   I have tried downloading multiple times to ensure it was not corrupt.  I have MK83 setup with MR80 and MS80.   When I manually upgrade the MS80s I get the following error:

This firmware file is incorrect! Please get the firmware file again and make sure it is the correct firmware for this product.

Unzipped and selected the .chk file. I used Firefox but I will try MS Esge

    I tried Firefox, Edge and Chrome.   All three fail with the same error.

    Open to other ideas.

      And you do have the MK80 series system correct? 

      What version of FW is currently loaded?

        Correct 2 MS80s tied to an MR80, all three are running v1.1.6.6.
