I am on the latest version of the firmware that netgear's auto update installs. I can get the modem information if needed but since 2.4 is the only thing not functioning there is definitely internet getting to the router.
I think I am using the Custom SSID since the 2.4ghz and the 5ghz networks each have their own SSID.
I don't know what RBS stands for, if it is the number of satellites then it is 2. My house is 2400 Sq Ft and the satellites are over 30 feet away from the router.
I was using auto channels but tried setting the 2.4 to use 1 and 6 but neither resolved the problem. I live in a neighborhood where everyone has wifi so there are many wifi neighbors, but everything was working until a few days ago.
I have not done a factory reset as I would like this to be a last resort if all else fails.

This is not a reliable check of the firmware version. The auto update can miss new release. I have seen people here saying they have "the latest" when in reality they are several years behind the latest.
The only way to check is to compare the installed version against the latest available on the support pages for your device.
