What modem/gateway are you connected to?
A modem/router combo device can cause a double nat and cause issues.

Thanks FURRY. That was actually how I ended up successfully setting up my previous mesh system . . an Orbi AC1200.
Be sure to save off a back up configuration to file for safe keeping. Saves time if a reset is needed.
