sravs, what specific version of firmware are you on? Just because the MK63 system says you’re on the latest version doesn’t necessarily mean that there isn’t a newer version available.

Thanks for the reply. Yes I’m on v1.0.6.102 Have just checked once again as per attached screenshot. I’ll open a support case.
