Nighthawk mesh MR60 only remembers the previous SSID after power outage
This is really weird. I changed the SSID on my MR60 and set up a new WI-FI network. But after a power outage, the system reverted back to the previous SSID / pswd, instead of the current ones. I had to reset the Wi-Fi as if it were the first time on a brand new router. Then after another power outage, it went back to the same old SSID again. Why didn’t my fancy mesh router remember the current setting, like every other router out there? How do I purge the old setting from the system permanently? Please help.
What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?https://kb.netgear.com/9665/How-do-I-perform-a-factory-reset-on-my-NETGEAR-router

the firmware is up to date. i'm not sure modem has anything to do with it.
anyway. had another power outage and again it reverted to the old SSID when the power came back. i reset the router and wiped everything clean. then set up my wifi network from the scratch. hopefully this should solve it. if not, Netgear should pay me to get this odd ball back.

Do you have a backup configuration file saved? Helps save time if this happens again:
I'll try my MR as well and see if this happens on mine.
