Nighthawk mesh router

We have had no issues with our system until now.  We are getting a screen that says "Hotspot Gateway powered by Microtik".  We are to login on that page, but we cannot.  We have no idea what this is,...

The only thing we can tell is that the message is not coming from the Netgear Mesh system, at least not direct. Possibly there is a Microtik router serving the Internet access for the network?
