Nighthawk Mesh Wifi 6 Router MR60 losing connection to 2.4 devices
I have a Nighthawk Mesh MR60 with the Satelite. About once a day, it loses connection to all the 2.4 devices on my network. It remains connected to the 5.0 devices. I have to reboot the router and...

I can't believe these issues have not been resolved, I bought this router from Costco 2 weeks ago, and I'm planning on taking back on Friday, I was there this morning, and they told me that many people had returned it because of the same problem.
- Cochrane484Apr 27, 2020InitiateYour lucky I bought this POS from Best Buy and it's outside the return window so now I'm stuck with it.

I'm in the same boat. Love the speed, but the dropping issue is driving me a bit crazy. Nothing has helped this issue. Not an RMA the router, not updating the firmware.... nothing. And this doesn't recognize my wireless printer that worked fine with my other netgear. And suddenly my ipad and smart tv are having major issues..... My family is ready to revolt. On a side note, anything I have connected to the LAN (wired) seems to be good.

I have exactly the same issues with all MR60 satellite on my wifi speakers. All of them will disconnect from the 2.4 network a few times everyday. I have to reboot the router and it will come back. It's really annoying and worse than my old Apple Extreme tower router.
I regret switching to Netgear as I cannot enjoy multiroom music. I really hope Netgear will fix this stupid issues.
Thanks

- Jgill002May 30, 2020AspirantSame for me. Bought from Best Buy and can no longer return. Dropped connection happens multiple times a day from many different connections. So frustrating.

I just ordered the MK63 from Costco and these posts are very upsetting. Where is the Netgear support in here helping and explaining what is going wrong? The YouTube videos on this unit rave about it, even the Netgear video. Well I am happy I bought it from Costco, because it is easily returned.

Recently bought Netgear Mesh from Costco facing same issue.
Looks there is no solution for net dropping. Will return this crap today

I opened a support case:
Subject: Wifi unstable.Body: Im having disconnection issues like described (link to this forum thread)
Attached: Debug from the device...
Second mensaje: Im suffering disconnections, im attaching debug log after and before reboot.Message from support: Hello, can yo describe me the issue and give me your current firmware version?
Me: Really?
Also i checked and i saw that my first message was not having the link to this forum thread so i send this to them again. But i told them... this is not an isolate issue... you have plenty of people complaining about this. It cannot be that Netgear sells such a buggy device... (i was thinking that before this device)...
