Nighthawk MR60 DHCP Issues

I added 2 more devices to my network this weekend and it took down most of my network again , until I went in and manually set IP addresses on the client and then set a static ip address in the router for the device.....
My dhcp range is 100-200 and my assigned devices are all under the 100 range.
How are you updating the system? Manually or thru Auto Update?
Manually is recommended with downloading the FW files and sending to the MS web page FIRST, then sending to the MR lastly. After the system as processed the files and is back to ready. I recommend factory resetting the entire system and setting up from scratch. A complete pull of the power adapters for a period of time after the factory reset then walk thru the setup wizard and setup from scratch with a wired PC and web browser.
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6 is recommended.
What devices do you have all connected?

What is the size of your home? Sq Ft?
What is the distance between the router and satellite(s)? 30 feet or more is recommended in between MR and MS️ to begin with depending upon building materials when wirelessly connected.

I've not seen this behavior with my MK63 system...
You should only set a static IP address ON the devices that's out side of the MRs DHCP IP address pool and not with in it. If you set the device to Dynamic IP address configuration, then set a IP address RESERVATION with the MRs DHCP IP address pool then.
