Nighthawk MR60 No Internet With New Modem

Thank you for the quick reply. I am able to get online by plugging my PC directly to the modem. I am not sure want you mean by GUI, but I was able to interface with the router by going to routerlogin.net.

That's the GUI. I use that term, as does Netgear, because some people call it a "website" which is confusing because it implies something out there ion the Internet.
You seem to have confirmed that the modem link works just fine. One thing I'd be tempted to try would be to reflash the firmware on the MK60 router. Storms are great at creating electrical noise that can scramble memory.
You may want to try several resets before you conclude that the storm also killed the router. And take it through the setup process in the right order.
As this is a router, there is probably a modem sitting in front of it. You need to get the devices to forget any inherited settings. Among other things, that means rebooting the network.
Power cuts usually take out both the modem and the router on a network. When the power comes back on, they may start up in the wrong order, with the router starting before the modem is ready. That means that they get confused about which is in charge.
It may help to reboot the whole network in the right order.
Be sure to restart your network in this sequence:
- Turn off and unplug modem.
- Turn off router and computers.
- Plug in and turn on modem. Wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
- Turn on the router and wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
- Turn on computers and rest of network.

I must have run that exact sequence at least 10 times. I left everything unplugged overnight and tried it again a few times today with no luck. I've even tried to configure it through the GUI instead of the mobile app. Perhaps there are some settings that could be changed to get it to work, but that's over my head.

Most experienced users go nowhere near the mobile app. More trouble than it is worth.
The GUI isn't that complicated. There is even a Wizard to take you through the all important internet settings.
The app is designed to be simple and may not play nicely with the login process for every ISP on the planet.
The chapter in the manual Specify Your Internet Settings shows the options.
You may have to ask your ISP for the details you have to fill in.
Sadly, the conclusion may be that the storm also took out the router.
