Resetting the router solved. Thanks. A pain to reset all the devices and settings, but hopefully not an issue the happens again.
What browser are you using? Different browser show same thing?

Attempted with chrome and safari.
And this is one a PC monitor and browser zoom factor is at 100%. What happens if you zoom out or reduce zoom factor by 25%? Same thing?
Is this seen across more than one PC?

Yea, changing the zoom of the browser or widening it doesnt change. Tried on a few different devices (mac laptop on wifi, mac desktop connected on ethernet, and android using chrome browser in desktop mode) and using both safari and chrome.
Has a factory reset and setup from scratch been performed since last FW update?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
