Nighthawk MR80 ethernet connected computers no longer detect the wireless network

I recently installed a Nighthawk MR80 mesh system with two satellites, each one providing an Ethernet connection to Windows 10 systems (one a Dell Latitude E5540 laptop, the other a Lenovo desktop system).

The router is also configured to provide two wireless networks, one for my family (Security WPA2-Personal [AES]) and the other a guest network (Security WPA-Personal [TKIP] + WPA2-Personal [AES]).  If it helps, the MR80 Firmware version is V1.1.7.12_3.1.108

The problem is that the two computers can no longer detect either of the two wireless networks, whether or not they are connected by Ethernet. That presents a problem, particularly when I want to use the laptop in other parts of the house.  I've rebooted everything, run the Windows 10 Reset Network function (to uninstall/reinstall network drivers), and have confirmed that the device driver for my wireless adapter is up to date.

Anyone heard of this before?  Any ideas how to solve it?

Thanks in advance

What does "no longer detect" mean here?

The PCs cannot see the SSID from the MK system?

Can other wifi clients see the SSID?

These questions are important in ruling out the Windows PCs as the source of the issue.

    That's not the latest.

      Thanks for your reply.

In this case, "no longer detect" means that neither Windows system lists the SSIDs (main and guest networks) in the list of available wireless networks.  They do, however, show other wireless networks (e.g. from nearby neighbors).

And yes, other devices can see the SSIDs, including two Android phones, two Kindle tablets, a Chromecast device, and two Roku boxes, all of which are connected and functioning as they should.

As for the firmware version, not being the latest, can you tell me the latest version number?  I'm basing it on what the admin software is telling me, so maybe I need to look somewhere else?

      Thanks again for you response.
