Bought a Nighthawk Mesh Router MR60 + 1 satellite MS60 during lockdown. Worked great for about a year. Moved to a new house, it worked great for another 6 months. Decided to put IOT exterior light...

Was the 2nd MS updated to same version of FW as the MR?
What is the size of your home? Sq Ft?
What is the distance between the router and 📡 satellite(s)? 30 feet or more is recommended in between MR and MS📡 to begin with depending upon building materials when wirelessly connected.

What happens if you turn OFF The 2nd MS. Does problem continue?
What happens if you swap MS with each other?
Recommend setting the default DHCP IP address pool range to the following after applying and a factory reset: 192.168.#.100 to 192.168.#.200.
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6 is recommended.

Both satellites are on same (current) FW.
Router is on 2nd floor in home office. Satellite #1 is about 20 feet away on 2nd floor ... north of the main router. Satellite #2 is downstairs in closet of bedroom, but at ceiling height ... it's almost underneath the home office, so about 20 feet as well, to the west of the router.
I haven't set the DHCP range ... will try that next time I need to do a reset...

Distances are too close between the MR and MS. 30 feet or more is recommended.

Distance is not the issue.
I had previously been using one of the satellites *5* feet away from the main and everything worked perfectly for a year. (My VOIP phone requires a hard line, so I had it connected in the back of the satellite ... the router was across the room. This solution was so that I didn't have to run a wire).
This worked so well it's why I got the 2nd satellite. That's when the problems started.
While doing this beg for help, I've unplugged the 2nd satellite ... and everything works perfectly again (except the things far away).
All of this comes back to having the 2nd satellite.

Or don't use the 2nd MS.
