Nighthawk WiFI 6 Mesh - MR60 - DHCP server in AP mode

When I initially setup my Nighthawk mesh I wanted it in AP mode with my router manging the IP addresses on my network.

I remember having problems initially (no IP addresses given to wireless devices, and I tracked it down to the LAN port connection status on the mesh router admin page showing DHCP server as 0.0.0.0.

After half an hour or so it resolved itself, and showed the correct DHCP (router) address and worked fine.

This evening I suddenly found all my wireless devices were unable to get an IP address and again the DHCP server (which I accessed the admin pages of the Mesh router from a cable connected PC) was shown as 0.0.0.0.

It just resolved itself again and I did nothing. Any ideas to prevent this issues recurring?
