NightHawk WiFi 6 Mesh light blinking
We bought a Nighthawk WiFi 6 Mesh router and when we plug it in the light comes on and is solid for about 30 seconds then just starts flashing. We have tried to unplug modem then the router and same thing. We have tried pushing the reset button and same thing.

The one for your router.
Visit the support pages:
Support | NETGEAR
Feed in your model number and check the documentation for your hardware.
Look for the model number on the label on the device.
That page will also have any software, firmware and drivers for your device, if they exist.
Begin with the Quick Start/Installation Guide.
Check the section in the manual Troubleshoot With the LEDs.
You may have done that already. I can't tell from your message.
I mention it because Netgear gave up on supplying paper manuals and CD versions some years ago and people sometimes miss the downloads.

Your router has broken firmware.
If a standard factory reset fails, there is more severe, recovery reset, that you could try:
- Press reset for 30 seconds
- Keep pressing reset while removing power
- Keep pressing reset for another 30 seconds while apply power
If it works, you may be able to use the usual method to flash the firmware again.
Download the latest firmware for your device (see above) and read the Release Notes for how to install it.How do I manually upgrade firmware to my NETGEAR router? | Answer | NETGEAR Support
If recovery reset fails, you are into TFTP country. How to upload firmware to a NETGEAR router using Windows TFTP | Answer | NETGEAR Support
This also explains how to enable TFTP on a Windows PC.
TFTP isn't the easiest operation, timing is important, as are the exact details for the commands and prompts you see. It can take several attempts. So if you are forced to use TFTP try a web search for videos that guide you through the process.
For example:
Different device, but the approach is the same. The good news is that TFTP has rescued many a dead device.

If the Power LED blinks slowly and continuously, the router firmware is corrupted. This can happen if a firmware upgrade is interrupted, or if the router detects a problem with the firmware. If the error persists, you have a hardware problem.
