One MS60 Satellite flashing white and not detected

One of my MS060 satellites has a flashing white light and will not sync to the Mesh. I have tried to rest it with no luck. Any suggestions?

    I assume that this is over a WiFi connection and not wired into the main router.

     

    Tried turning off the other satellite and outing the recalcitrant one nearer to the router?

     

    Does it have the same firmware as the working satellite?

     

    Just another user with time on their hands.
