our work laptop will not connect to Netgear Nighthawk Wifi but everything (cell phones, TVs) else do

Hi,

I have a AX1800 (MK62) Nighthawk Mesh Wifi 6 System. Everything connects to it except our work laptops.  What do we need to do?  We used the same SSID and Network Key.  Have you run accross this problem?

    We usually see it when people have work laptops trying to connect to an AX network. 

    Reason why is the older wireless card drivers never get updated via windows update. And most users don't know to get the driver directly from the manufacturer and install them. Intel was notorious for this issue when AX was first released.

    What is your wireless chip in the work laptops? 

    have you tried going directly to the manufaturer website and installing them?
