PORT FORWARDING/CUSTOM SERVICE

Just set this up today, cannot add a custom service to the port forwarding page, I have the port set as I did with my previous router, when I hit apply it just goes back to the port forwarding page and nothing is added.
Just cannot get service to actually save anything, port triggering is able to save custom services - I don't understand the issue.
from this section I hit add custom service
takes me to this section, where i add my port and select my IP, then hit apply
after hitting apply I am taken back to this screen.

Does this happen with different browsers?
What browser are you using?
What FW version is loaded on the system?
