Does it work if you swap satellite 1 and 2 around?

The walls are concrete and brick, but I had good connectivity before I experienced the power outage. I have a linear arrangement with the router, satellite 1, and satellite 2 (the one with the connectivity failure) in a line. Satellite 1 has the masonry walls between it and the router. It has good connectivity. There is nothing but air and 25 feet of distance between Satellite 1 and Satellite 2. I had good connectivity before the power failure. One would think that it would be easy to restore the connection between Satellites 1 and 2.

Satellite 2 works in the middle location, and Satellite 1 works in the remote location. I can live with this.
