What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
For Sony app and PS support information, I recommend you contact them to see if they have more support and help regarding those two items they should know more about.
Also be sure to disable WiFi Private Address on the iPhone while at home on the home network.
