.42 was a pre-release or limited rollout version.
Check out https://kb.netgear.com/000068328/MR90-MS90-Firmware-Version-1-0-2-46 (dated from 30-JUN-2026!) and manually update your MS90/MR90 as per the fine documentation. To be on the safe side, update the MS90 satellite(s) first, followed by the MR90 router.
