I have been experiencing the same issue. I have 3 Ethernet wired devices. 2 are intermittent and is one always fine. Drivers are up to date

I may try that

 

I have 3 PCs on my network.  2 identical PCs (one has issues and one does not)  Both are very near the router.  The 3rd which is intermittent is 100 ft away.

The 2 identical PCs are HP desktops

The distant PC is an MSI gaming laptop
