I have the exact same issue. Internet drops for 10 seconds and everything (Alexa, Netflix, etc) scrambles to reconnect. Sometimes I need to reboot router for connection to restart. Firmware installed on router and satellites is V1.1.6.14. I’m thinking of resetting to factory settings. Any ideas would be welcomed.

Ultimately, the only thing that helped me was the factory reset. With the mesh system I have learned to reboot the router while only having the 1st satellite powered up. I give it plenty of time to connect to that satellite, and then I plug in the 2nd satellite so that they are sequenced away I want them.
I've also found that my Sonos system devices will take whatever IP they want, despite some of my other devices being on a static IP. Sonos technical support confirmed this, it has something to do with Sonos devices not understanding a tri-band set up in a mesh system.
