Satellite Light Is Solid White
Folks, I have two satellites plus the main MR60 unit, and one has a white light now. Tried unplugging it a couple times but it stays white. Is there anything else I can try before getting a new satel...

Replacement satellites may be hard to find.
Lots of things you could investigate.
Manuals are always a good place to start.

Feed in your model number and check the documentation for your hardware.
Check the section in the manual The router and satellite do not sync
Tried swapping the satellites?
Has something changed to break the second one?
Have you tried to reset the wonky satellite?
Does the dodgy satellite show up on the network? Can you access it with a web browser and the graphical user interface (GUI)?

OK I tried to reset it by the little hole in the back, but whatever is inside didn't move at all when I stuck the pin in there, and the white light stayed on. Shouldn't it depress when I push on it?

It is an almost imperceptible click. The best weapon, if you don't have one of those bits of metal that come as a SIM release tool with mobile phones, is the end of a straightened paper-clip.

The best option is with a wired connection to a PC.
One problem is that the satellite will not have an obvious IP address.
If you plug the MS60 into the MR60, the satellite should show as an Attached Device. That will show you its IP address. Enter that into a browser and see what happens. The login details should be the same as the router.
Check that the dodgy satellite has the same firmware as the one that works.

OK I found a new satellite on ebay and it's arriving tomorrow.
will I need to set it up / pair it whatever, or just plug it in?
