Testing wifi speed of an AX1800 satellite

Two pack of what? Netgear has about a dozen AX1800s in the catalogue.
AX1800 is not a reliable guide to model number. Many devices come with an AX tag, but it is essentially a label that Netgear, and other brands, attach to hardware to describe wifi speeds.
Look at the label on the device for the model number.
MK60? RAXXXX? WAXXXX? Orbi?
If its got an ethernet port (unsure without a model), you can hardwire a pc/laptop into it and check its speeds.
The dual band systems are going to be slower than the tribands and potentially even just a single router solution because they don't have a dedicated backhaul. they'll have better coverage but it miight not be as fast when in closer proximity to the router.
