Using Eero as mesh system with the Nighthawk R8000 & EX8000

Hello,

 

I received 2 Eero devices for free from WOWWAY after upgrading to 1G speeds.  I have researched to no end on how to use these as a mesh/extender to my R8000 router, which I also have the EX8000 mesh extender.  I found an article about putting them in bridge mode, but they would not connect unless I had one of the Eero connected to the R8000 via ehternet port...

 

I need some smarts as I am not able to figure this out!

    The Eero won't integrate with the netgear mesh. At least 1 needs to be connected to your network hardwired and then they setup their own mesh setup.
