      Yes. And that works fine, but what's the point of having the possibility in the Nighthawk app if it doesn't work?
      That's what I mean. 😉

    Exact same thing happens to me.  I had to update it manually through each unit's web interface.  But...the new firmware didn't fix anything for me but it did cause new problems so you may want to hold off updating.

     

    Ultimately, this product is horrible.  Seems like nothing works right on it.  Every firmware update that's supposed to fix a previous problem ends up creating new problems.  

    And now it's been recommended to me that every time I do a firmware update I may need to do a full factory reset of the system to get it working properly again.
