Wifi calling on Mac unavailable

I've recently set up the Mesh Wifi system using an MR63 pack with an additional satellite so 3 satellites and 1 router.

 

When I try to make a call from my Macbook Pro (via my iPhone), I get an error saying wifi calling is unavailable on this wifi network.

 

Any help appriciated.
