your signal looks pretty good from what I can tell.
And if you're had it replaced once already, it makes it less likely a router issue. Not saying it isn't but having 2 bad routers back to back is pretty slim odds.
When it happens, is the C7000 rebooting? What happens to the led's on it?
Kind of limits it to a few things since its happening ot both wired and wireless devices.
1. power spikes off the power outlet.----try hooking up to a different outlet/surge protector
2. Again, maybe the outlet is actually having power failure. try a different outlet that you know is good. Or even to a backup power supply if you've got one.
3. power spike/issue with the coax line. Make sure that the coax line is grounded where its entering the house. Usually there's a junction box where the isp line enters the home and it should have a ground connection there.
4. power problem with a device connected to the router. Maybe something is feeding back to the router from a connected device or one of its cables is worn through. try disconnecting the hardwired in devices. Try just running wireless for a bit and see if the issue re-occurs.
Like I said, the line looks pretty good and I'm suspicious of the devices/lines connected to the router because its been replaced once.

I don't think the c7000 is rebooting, and I've never noticed any changes to the LEDs during. The only caveat to that is the other night, the "upload" arrow was orange. I was still able to continue my stream no problems, so I just restarted the unit afterwards and the issue hasn't resurfaced since.
1. I did just install a power strip, so hopefully that can eliminate that possible issue??
2. Sadly, this power outlet the unit is currently installed on is the only one within feasible distance of the COAX port.
3. I have Comcast coming out tomorrow, so I'll have them look at that. (I live in an apartment complex, so I have no idea where the junction box is located.)
4. I inspected my hard lines, and I did see VERY MINOR scuffing of one of the cables, but the cable housing isn't compromised. Should I consider replacing? (edit: It's one of my ethernet cords running from router to my PS4)
4a. If something is feeding back to router, what can I do to eliminate this?
I was talking to my neighbor about this issue, and he said that interference could be an issue. In the past, has said that living in an apartment complex, this particular unit can be more prone to outside interference (he states a comcast tech as his source of information.) Is that possible?

(edit: It's one of my ethernet cords running from router to my PS4)-----probably be fine but most people have a spare cable or can run it off wifi temporarily. for troubleshooting, its worth disconnecting because you don't know what's causing the issue.

Then run everything off wifi for a bit. If the problem is resolved, you know its an ethernet device causing the issue. so then you plug one it. if there's no itssue, you unhook it and hook up the other one. its basically a process of elimination.

Is that possible? ------interference is going to be possible for wifi devices. hardwired shouldn't have interference. its the main purpose of hardwiring in devices.
