app doesnt support my router,
With the AC2300 , the nighthawk app doesnt support it, and i Cant login to router.net, have never got it to work in 5.0 mode....

it should be supported through the app.
What firmware is on the router?
what modem is it connected to?
Where is it failing in the process?
what are all the led's on the router doing?
What version of the app do you have? IOS or android?
And what is 5.0 mode?

i'm done with netgear...shame you spend alot of money ..and cant use it.....

tough to blame a company if you don't even try to fix/figure out whats going on.
there comes a point where a person has to do a little for themselves.
Netgear even has free support for the first 90 days of purchase to get devices running as expected.
