I have heard that netgear and netduma discriminate against their users, beta testers were selected only from the USA and the UK, and there are only 20 of them, and the language versions of other lang...

Raf I understand you are disappointed that you were not picked for the first batch but that does not mean either us or Netgear are discriminating against specific users. This doesn't make sense given the fact that we actually have a tester from Asia in the current batch of testers.
You've also taken what I said out of context. Netgear are choosing the testers for XR betas, when you asked why people from more languages may not have been selected I said I imagine (as I don't know because I'm not Netgear) its because it could be translation for the new features/changes hasn't been done yet or because if a router needs to be sent back then Netduma are in the UK and Netgear are in the US. If those statements are true or not it doesn't matter because there will be more batches with more people introduced as time goes on.

Hi it would appear the Beta for the xr700.
I would also like to have a moan as the support for the XR700 for such an expensive bit of kit is shocking.
NetDuma should be ashamed to put there name on this router £300.00+ it cost me yet no uodates for ages the QOS donest work correct. Rename switch to xbox to get the apps to load.
Netgear seem to be dropping the xr700 infavour of the xr500 being the top one.
What happened where it says on the box download the apps you want from the store???? never happened. As i also said above firmware bugged to hell
NEVER AGAIN WILL I BUY NETGEAR(their old stuff was so much better) NO A ROUTER WITH NETDUMA ON IT
- Netduma-FraserJun 16, 2020NetDuma Partnergycuk1 There should be nothing wrong with QoS, what is the issue you're facing there? The Rapp loading is fixed in this firmware - https://kb.netgear.com/000061714/XR700-Firmware-Version-1-0-1-24-Hot-Fix have you tried it? If not upgrade then factory reset and it should be resolved. The features you're talking about is in 3.0. It's a big thing to implement so it's taken some time.

1) you woudnt buy a top of the range car and they say oh the left indicator doesnt work but we will fix this on an update whould you? so why buy a top of the range router when a £50.00 would do the job and its going to load the firmware correct?
i was on the Beta firmware which netgear have now shut down the forum and no the update was ment to be a security update
2) if i do factory reset which i have done and save a back up file the router still doesnt keep the name of things connected so i have to manually sit and do it which isnt great for such an expensive item.
3) QOS has never worked from day one causes so much lag
4) 3.0 might be a big thing but after alomost 2 years of this router its a bit poor. You also missed the fact that Netgear seem to have dropped the XR700 in favour of the XR500 which they seem to support. The XR700 is now second Dog
5) The Xr500 and XR700 was ment to have an app store where you could add or remve apps never happened. I have the orginal box which says it on it!!!!
VERY POOR
