Blocked Devices not connected when unblocked

I have a Nighthawk XR300, I blocked my kids switches via DUMAOS (for some downtime), I have now unblocked them but they won't connect back to the internet. All other devices are perfect just the switch! I can't figure this out for the life of me. Tried restarting/setting everything, no luck. It will connect to the internet of I use a hotspot so it is defiantly the router still blocking the device. Anyone have any advice on this one?

    After a reboot are the devices still appearing with black circles on the Device Manager? Are there any other devices that have been blocked at all?
