Should work fine.
You would need to know if the new service comes with a a built in router already on the ONT or just a ONT only. ONT only is preferred with a RJ45 LAN port that the XR router can connect too. With those speeds, you can disable QoS on the XR router.
As above, the router should work fine with those speeds and provider.
